At Sanad Services Center, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with the services we provide. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be issued, as well as the process for requesting a refund. By using our services, you agree to this policy. General Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Service Cancellations
Refunds are available for services that have been canceled before the service commencement date. If you wish to cancel a service and request a refund, you must notify us in writing at least 7 days before the service start date.
Non-Delivery of Service
If we fail to deliver the service as agreed, you are entitled to a full refund. Non-delivery refers to the complete failure to provide the agreed-upon service within the specified time frame.
Dissatisfaction with Service
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may request a refund. Refund requests due to dissatisfaction will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You must provide detailed reasons for your dissatisfaction and allow us the opportunity to address and rectify the issues.
Errors in Billing
In the event of a billing error, we will correct the error and provide a refund if an overcharge has occurred. Please notify us immediately if you believe there has been a billing error.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Partially Completed Services
If a service has been partially completed, we may offer a prorated refund based on the portion of the service that has been delivered. Full refunds will not be issued for partially completed services.
Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind after the service has commenced. Please ensure you fully understand the service before making a purchase.
Force Majeure
Refunds will not be issued for service interruptions or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or other force majeure events.
Refund Process
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@sanadservices.com. Provide your name, contact information, the service purchased, and the reason for the refund request.
Review of Request
Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your request within 7 business days. Additional information may be requested to process your refund request.
Issuance of Refund
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund and apply a credit to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
